AOC Arbois : the Arbois appellation remains the oldest and most extensive of the four geographical AOCs. Renowned for its bright and elegant red wines, it is available in the entire range of Jura wines.

AOC Côtes du Jura : born in 1937, the AOC Côtes du Jura is omnipresent from north to south of the vineyard, on multiple and contrasting terroirs. Second Jura AOC in terms of production, it plays with the five grape varieties present in the Jura.

AOC l'Etoile : its name in itself is a legend, it would refer to the presence of countless small fossil stars called pentacrines. This AOC has been producing exceptional white wines since 1937, including vin jaune and vin de paille. The Chardonnay grape variety is king there.

AOC Château-Châlon : since 1937, this AOC has produced one of the greatest wines in the world, made from the Savagnin grape variety, yellow wine remains the master of this appellation.
